As someone with the 1.08 and 1.09 this is exactly what I am afraid of happening in the first round of my draft. Slim chance, but if a QB doesn’t fall to me there I’ll feel like this draft is a bust for me. Two receivers at 1.08 and 1.09 is not ideal for me, especially when I’m not entirely sold on either. I like Addison more than JSN, but it’s depending on landing spots heavily with Johnson, there aren’t RBs I’d want there, it’s too early to take a TE, and without landing a QB I’ll feel like I didn’t get much value for what were already inflated first round picks. Maybe that’s just me, but the draft will certainly help in narrowing down the values in the back half of the first. Right now it’s really muddy to me.

Yeah, I can see myself going Addison and Johnson, just hope they go to good places. I also see Flowers or Hyatt getting pushed up boards if they get ideal landing spots.

Another caveat for me is I don’t have any 2nd round picks lol.. but I do have the 3.01, and it is reserved for Hooker if he makes it there 100%. In a 10 team league he just might.

If you don’t like what’s there see if you can package both picks to move up to 1.04 or 1.05 and try to get a 2nd or 3rd with it or a next year pick. You could offer up one of those picks for a Daniel Jones type QB and go bpa with the other. Or you can trade one pick out of round 1 and aim to pick up a 24 1st and a 23 2nd to draft Hooker with.
