Cleveland, like KC, will not be able to pay receivers going forward due to Watson’s comically huge contract. I expect Cooper to be gone next year and Tillman is the current plan to replace him. Can’t say for sure that he’s up to the task but there’s huge 2024 upside there. I want him on all my rebuilding teams.

Tillman to replace Cooper and not DPJ who has already shown a connection with Watson and maybe ready to complete his breakout this year?
