When looking at the 2022 class as a whole, the consensus seems to agree that the class is top heavy at the running back position, while wide receiver is where the depth and value will be. However, there is an argument that running back is just as deep, with some solid sleeper prospects rounding out tier two.
One of those prospects is an intriguing player who has battled through multiple injuries and adversity throughout his high school and college career: Zamir White.
THE STATS
Statistics from Sports Reference.
White had quite the troubling start to his college career. He tore his left ACL during his senior season of high school in 2017, and then during camp before the start of his freshman year at Georgia, he tore his right ACL during punt coverage in practice. After red-shirting, he turned in three seasons of impressive and tough running, especially during his last season during Georgia’s championship run. He was rarely utilized in the passing game, but showed off impressive skills as a rusher.
