It’s being reported by WI sportingnews that the Packers are shopping for Veteran WR’s. They made offers for WR Keenan Allen – a 2023 2nd & 4th & 6th, WR Diontae Johnson – 2023 1st & 2nd and even made an offer for Julio Jones – 2 unknown 2023 picks. That seems like they’re not too interested in starting their new Rookies.

I’ve been trying to personally will the Packers to trade for Terry McLaurin. I want to see what he could do with Rodgers, it would be incredible.

As an avid Scary Terry truther, I’d be beyond happy with that. What gives me pause is that, while acknowledging McLaurin is younger, part of the reason they traded Adams is because they didn’t want to pay him big money. They’d have to pay McLaurin unless they intended to franchise him two years in a row, which wouldn’t make a lot of sense given they’d likely be sending significant draft capital to the Commanders.

Appreciate you reading. Truthfully I’ve not seen any of that conjecture, but I suppose it would be reasonable enough for them to test the waters (though, in such a case, why trade Adams away?), though I will say the bit about Julio doesn’t make sense as he’s a FA.

I agree with Julio being a free agent and personally I’ve never heard of WI sportingnews but I was on the ESPN app and was scrolling down for new news and came across them. So I figured they are shopping for a veteran but that Julio story makes no sense.

Anyone else have a sneaky feeling in the back of their head that Doubs could end up the better receiver than Christian Watson in GB? Especially when you factor in the cost to draft them, I’m loading up on Doubs and Passing on Watson.
