What are we less excited about – his talent/athleticism or his landing spot? Situations change and can do so relatively quickly. I’ve weighted landing spot far too heavily in the past, have been burned by doing so and have vowed not to make that mistake again.

He may not be as exciting a prospect as others, but I think he can be a very productive NFL (and fantasy WR) if playing most of his snaps in the slot. He may not be that dynamic or dominate of a WR but more like an “accumulator” where he just gobbles up receptions for fairly short yardage and an occasional touchdown. I could see a fairly typical line of 7-68-0 most weeks; not weekly winners but those seven points (in my league) wouldn’t cause you to lose your week. Not top-level fantasy production but then he wasn’t drafted as such and isn’t ranked as such either. I think he is ranked right about where he should be, although I personally would place him above Metchie and Robinson as rookies, possibly above Dotson as well and would it be heresy to say he will score more fantasy points this season than Burks??
